Development
Work alongside the architect and contractor and address state, federal regulations and accreditation issues with respect to the design and development of the ambulatory surgical center. Work closely with the contractor to ensure timelines, quality standards, and budgets are achieved.
Management
Provide total operational support. Services include personnel management, maintaining effective quality assessment, performance improvement, and risk management programs, provide/implement access to benchmarking and “best practices” methods.
Revenue Management
