• Monitor trends in the marketplace and how it impacts managed care agreements financially

CLINICAL OVERSIGHT

• Maintain clinical compliance with system efficiencies, policies, and procedures
• Establish/maintain accrediting body/state licensure standards
• Educate and train clinical staff

HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGEMENT

• Maximize staffing efficiencies
• Oversee employee management and engagement
• Manage payroll and benefits administration

• Coordinate strategic planning and market positioning specific to the ambulatory surgical center
