ARCHITECTURAL DESIGN & CONSTRUCTION

• Work alongside the architect and contractor and address state, federal regulations and accreditation issues with respect to the design and development of the ambulatory surgical center
• Work closely with the contractor to ensure timelines, quality standards, and budgets are achieved

FINANCIAL & LEGAL ARRANGEMENTS

• Assist the physician partners and or investors with capitalization structure, outlining and obtaining sources of funding, and partnership agreements

EQUIPMENT & FURNISHING PLANNING

• Coordinate equipment planning activities and equipment acquisition with the approval of the physician partners and or investors

PHYSICIAN RECRUITMENT & SYNDICATION

• Facilitate data collection from prospective surgeons for financial pro forma and meet with prospective surgeons

LICENSURE & ACCREDITATION

• Coordinate completion and submission of all required documentation to obtain all necessary licensure will be coordinated by our experienced personnel.

ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE & DOCUMENTATION DEVELOPMENT

• Establish governance structure, governance documents, medical staff bylaws, rules, and regulations
• Organize the implementation of all required documentation policies such as quality assurance and performance improvement policies, infection control, physician credentialing packages, and all necessary logs and forms

PERSONNEL RECRUITMENT

• Coordinate the selection of key personnel, defines roles and job descriptions and recommends salaries, benefits, and employment practices

MANAGED CARE CONTRACTING

• Determine appropriate terms and reimbursement levels for market and negotiate contracts with third-party payors
